Some notes concerning the race:
1. Racers shall NOT (repeat: NOT) proceed between Eagle Island and Nun #6 to the northwest of Eagle Island.
2. All participants must be familiar with Coney Ledge in Salem Sound and Hardy Rocks and the Shoal to the northwest of Bakers Island.
3. Be certain to become familiar with the race SIs for today (attached) as they contain SPECIFIC Misery Island rounding instructions (highlighted), the course marks and rounding numbers of which will be posted at the CYC booth railing for the race today. These will also be repeated on VHF Channel 78.
4. The tide this afternoon will be high this morning at 10:55 AM and low again at 4:53 PM.
